I believe that if you're going to spell Rocks with an X, you are pretty much required to have more than one X. If you're a porn star, this is even MORE true. The first club I at which I every performed publically was run by a dude who called himself "Randy Roxxx." Although he was clearly a coke fiend.
I think lots of folks like the idea of Styx more than the actual band. But I could be wrong.
Um, I was kidding around, James. It was 100% humor. There was no seriousness to it whatosever. It was a joke.
I mean, the part about Randy Roxxx was true.... and the porn stars thing is true... but the whole post was just a joke, written with a smile, for no reason whatsoever.
I can't believe you pulled out "unfocused derision." Holy smokes, man. What the hell was that about?
Why you would possibly think I had some sort of angry motivation is beyond me. Maybe you have "Too much time on your hands."*
Domo arigoto, Mr. Roboto.*
Later.
*Please note: the Styx references were also attempts at "humor." They were not derisive, any more than the original comment. I do not actually feel that you have too much time on your hands.**

***The above footnote is the second to last footnote.
I saw STYX in concert Friday Night. They were awesome. The lead singer and keyboardist was good. It goes without saying that it would have been better with Dennis DeYoung, but this guy sounded a lot like him. The only disappointing thing about the concert for me was that they didn't do "Crystal Ball", the only did a couple of seconds of it in a medley of their songs. Other than that, that was definately one of the best concerts I've ever attended!
